Position Overview We are looking for a Director, Product Management
(Sales & Marketing Automation). This Director will lead our Applied
Marketing Automation (AMA) and Applied Epic for Salesforce
products. Building on the success of AMA’s new email builder
feature, we are seeking a Director who can continue to guide and
lead the product and content creation teams. Although AMA is part
of Applied’s broader product portfolio, we are still in the early
stages of taking advantage of all that Applied can offer to improve
the value proposition of AMA. The Director of Product for AMA will
also be tasked with establishing an analytical foundation that
outlines the usage of the AMA product, the types of
campaigns/content used, and the creation of insights around what
drives the highest level of engagement. The Director of PM will
have to integrate data from our email service vendor, Pendo, and
Google BigQuery to surface key insights. • This position can be
remote, but ideally, we are seeking a candidate based in the
greater Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX metro areas. • Ability to travel
up to 15% What You’ll Do • Provide product leadership for our
Applied Marketing Automation (AMA) and Applied Epic for Salesforce
products • Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of products
that serve both customer and internal needs • Lead and mentor a
team of product managers • Create marketing campaigns specific to
coverages that our tools have determined are a strong fit for
customers & prospects • Utilize the growing base of Applied APIs to
surface client and policy details to create hyper-personalized
marketing campaigns • Infuse personal lines renewal campaign
materials with our new Personal Lines Renewal Insights product to
detail out the reasons that customers’ premiums have changed •
Identify and market to prospects shopping for different coverages
or better rates • Create a funnel for our insured-facing quoting
engines to generate leads for our brokers • Establish KPIs and
success metrics for all initiatives • Collaborate with customer
success and sales teams to ensure offerings meet market demands •
Drive strategic partnerships and integrations to enhance
capabilities We’re Excited to Learn More About You Your experience
may include: • 10 years’ experience leading teams that deliver
highly successful and innovative SaaS products • Product management
experience with marketing automation platforms • Proven success in
taking products and ideas from inception to maturity • Proven
Success in developing products to drive revenue and earnings growth
• Track record of understanding customers’ needs intuitively and
through objective measures • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA
preferred You may have other skills or credentials, including: •
Salesforce experience • Data Analytics experience (Pendo,BigQuery)
• API experience • Insurance industry experience We know that
