firm based in the greater Milwaukee area Mostly ground-up work with
renovations as well. Average project size of $1m People-focused,
the firm believes in the power of relationships and connections
with its workers and clients Tight-knit team, they are a frim that
prides itself on its family-feel culture. Description Manage
pre-construction activities. Prepare estimates and manage bidding
for lump sum and negotiated contracts. Prepare project schedules.
Negotiate, award and prepare subcontract agreements. Develop and
maintain client relationships. Work in conjunction with project
field superintendents to ensure compliance and successful project
completion. Project cost and change management. Project close out
Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations Profile
Must Haves: 5 years of construction experience Enthusiasm to do
retail and light commercial projects Nice to Haves: 4 year degree
Estimating experience Ground up experience Ability to handle large
