Cynet Health to find a qualified Correctional RN in Chicago,
Illinois, 60608! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

care experience in Med/Surg - Correctional experience preferred

pass with scanning/documentation experience Description: Position
is for a Registered Nurse in correctional services. The role
requires working three night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. No block
scheduling accommodations will be made. Weekend shifts are required
every other weekend, totaling two weekends per month. Request for
time off is limited to a maximum of five days, with no more than
two consecutive days. No time off is permitted on holidays or the
day before or after a holiday. All clinicians are required to float
at the facility's discretion. Candidates must possess 2 years of
recent acute care experience in Med/Surg. Correctional experience
is preferred. The use of Cerner for charting is required. Patients
in the unit include adults, and the daily census is high.
Candidates should be proficient in rapid response and code teams,
as well as peripheral line care and management. Knowledge of oxygen
administration, isolation precautions, and wound care is essential.
Compliance with vaccination requirements is expected one week prior
to the start date. Returning resources must undergo full
recredentialing and reattend orientation regardless of the duration
