Job Description Job Description Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: 1. Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Joliet, IL. This is an in-office position. 3. Must be bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
