Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Job Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire Location: Onsite – Oak Brook Overview: We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for an onsite position with a well-established company. This is a contract or contract-to-hire role offering the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment with a supportive accounting team. Ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle AR and is looking to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, cash applications, and collections Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve customer billing issues and discrepancies Reconcile AR accounts and support month-end close activities Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate receivables processing Requirements: 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Excel and AR/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) Strong written and verbal communication skills
