Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field * Active, unrestricted, independent license that allows you to practice without supervision in Illinois: LCPC, LMFT or LCSW * Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years of professional experience providing behavioral health services post master's degree * Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families * Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other Electronic Health Record system (EHR) * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. Growing together. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
