Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Technician Job Description Join our team as a Quality Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will conduct thorough inspections and tests, maintain testing equipment, and collaborate with production teams to address any quality concerns. Your efforts will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help us uphold our standards. Responsibilities Perform in-process and final product inspections. Conduct tests to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. Document and report quality issues. Work with production teams to resolve quality concerns. Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Skills Proficiency in inspection and quality control. Experience with laboratory and quality assurance processes. Knowledge of GMP and HACCP Ability to conduct quality inspections and checks. Understanding of production processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or equivalent. 2 years of quality experience within manufacturing. Work Environment This position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday. 6:00am-2:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
