Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a dynamic
and skilled Engineer for Site Risk Management to join our
innovative team. The candidate will play a crucial role in
assessing and mitigating risks across our diverse portfolio, which
includes power generation, natural gas, renewable energy sources,
and energy management solutions. This position is key to ensuring
the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and for helping
us meet our commitment to sustainable energy practices. Conduct
detailed risk assessments, identifying potential risks that could
affect safety, environment, and operational continuity. Design and
implement risk mitigation strategies and safety protocols to
protect assets and personnel. Collaborate with engineering,
operational, and environmental teams to align risk management
strategies with company objectives. Monitor compliance with local,
state, and federal regulations concerning environmental protection,
safety, and risk management. Prepare risk analysis reports and
present findings to senior management to aid in strategic
decision-making. Stay abreast of technological and regulatory
changes that may impact the risk landscape of the energy sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of
industry-standard risk assessment tools and methodologies
Proficiency in statistical analysis software and risk assessment
models Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively convey risk assessments and solutions Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
or similar certification Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a plus
