RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers at their vehicles Write and close repair orders Present and explain maintenance & manufacturer recommendations Ethically and effectively sell needed services Follow up on declined repairs Maintain strong CSI performance Coordinate with technicians to manage workflow Set proper promise times and maintain communication with customers REQUIREMENTS 2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience Dealership experience REQUIRED Strong sales and closing abilities Ability to excel in a high-volume environment Proven track record of gross production Professional communication and appearance Experience with AutoMate, XTime, or similar systems preferred WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT We are structured.
