Yamato Americas, a strategic player within the Yamato Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Project Manager to join our project management team. This role is pivotal in driving the sales processes linked to our innovative transport and logistics solutions, ensuring projects are delivered with expertise, precision, and align with our global standards. By integrating robust project management methodologies and leveraging industry insights, the Sales Project Manager will oversee projects from conception to completion, focusing on enhancing our market position and achieving strategic sales targets. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure effective project execution aligning with budget and timeline constraints. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and production departments to ensure product strategies are well-integrated and market-responsive. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, managing their needs and expectations through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Prepare detailed project plans, including resources, timeframe, and budget estimates. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects. Provide reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management, recommending improvements and strategic adjustments. Support the sales team in the negotiation and closing of deals, providing essential data and project forecasts. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and market trends Ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar, a plus
