Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a global leader in protective services, is
seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive Regional Financial
Sales to join our esteemed team. This role focuses on expanding our
financial sector clientele by leveraging our state-of-the-art
security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in sales, a deep understanding of the security needs within
the financial industry, and the ability to tailor our unique
offerings to meet those needs while driving profitability and
growth. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients
in the financial sector. Develop and execute strategic plans to
achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Partner with
clients to understand their security needs and propose customized
solutions that align with Securitas Inc.'s capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing, support, and security solution design
teams to ensure client needs are met with precision. Conduct market
research and analysis to identify trends and engage new business
opportunities. Attend industry functions, such as association
events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on
market trends. Prepare sales reports and ensure client records are
maintained accurately in the company database. Strong sales and
negotiation techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
presentation skills. Proven ability to drive the sales process from
plan to close. Good knowledge of financial markets and a keen
understanding of the security challenges faced by these
institutions. Abilities to work independently and as part of a
team. Certifications in Sales, such as Certified Sales Professional
(CSP) or similar. Optional: Industry-specific certifications
related to security management or law enforcement could be
advantageous.
