Job Description:
As a Director Business Development at Epsilon, youll step into a
pivotal role as a strategic revenue architect, cultivating and
expanding relationships with prominent CPG clients. Your expertise
will position Epsilon as an indispensable partner, delivering
impactful MarTech and AdTech solutions that directly fuel client
growth and reinforce Epsilons industry leadership. Reporting to a
Senior Vice President, Client Lead and collaborating seamlessly
with client leads, product teams, and engineering, youll wield
significant influence across the organization. This position offers
a unique opportunity to shape the future of major CPG brands by
leveraging Epsilon’s cutting-edge technologies. As a Director
Business Development, youll directly influence the growth
trajectories of major CPG brands, engaging in complex, innovative
projects that utilize Epsilons advanced technologies. Youll be a
key driver of substantial revenue growth within a critical
vertical, directly contributing to Epsilons overall success.
Deepening your expertise in MarTech and AdTech within the dynamic
CPG sector, youll establish yourself as a recognized industry
leader. Furthermore, youll actively contribute to the evolution of
Epsilons product roadmap through valuable market insights and
client feedback. Working within a collaborative environment

impactful client presentations and sessions, providing solutions
that address their challenges while highlighting Epsilon’s
competitive advantages, product capabilities, and roadmaps. •
Create and implement tailored product-specific strategies that
align with the goals and needs of assigned verticals. • Influence
the evolution of Epsilon’s products by providing actionable
feedback to Product teams based on market insights and client
interactions. • Develop and deliver comprehensive proposals to
maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring seamless
execution from initial identification through deal closure. •
Provide leadership teams with meaningful insights on market trends,
client feedback, and cross-functional collaboration opportunities
