Job Description Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Downers Grove, Illinois. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in organization, communication, and multitasking. You will play a crucial role in maintaining databases, supporting client service efforts, and assisting with marketing-related tasks. Responsibilities: • Generate and maintain various reports while tracking leads from events. • Ensure the accuracy and organization of database records, including clean-up tasks. • Handle paperwork and provide support for both new and existing clients. • Prepare and organize materials for classes and presentations. • Publish reports and updates to the company website. • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service. • Coordinate schedules and appointments efficiently. • Assist with email correspondence and marketing campaigns. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to complete administrative tasks. • Support consumer engagement and marketing initiatives.• Proven experience in administrative support roles, including customer service and data entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and engagement strategies. • Experience in consumer or content marketing is a plus. • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
