seeking an experienced senior retail designer to assist and lead
customer accounts aiding in the growth of our business. A designer
that is full of curiosity, passion, and creative drive that is
ready to be part of a collaborative design team.The Senior Designer
provides creative and technical support to customers for
merchandise and display needs. As a problem solver, they contribute
to both design and sales, delivering the right solutions for
customer projects. The role involves collaborating with other team
members, depending on the client and project scope, while focusing
on growing high-profile accounts and cross-training designers.This
position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
is skilled in customer interaction, and maintains enthusiasm and
professionalism. Ideal candidates are career-focused, eager to grow

long-term success.Key Responsibilities Include:
- Program management and growth
- Design consultation and use of professional design expertise to
drive sales of OPTO products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing
proactive and reactive support for inquiries
- Leverage product knowledge to recommend solutions, including
fixture and layout designs
- Develop detailed project proposals with drawings, quotes, and
manage documentation, BOMs, and assembly details
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify areas for improvement, contribute to interdepartmental
enhancements, and assist in staff training
- Maintain product knowledge to match customer needs with
appropriate solutions
- Perform other duties as assignedEssentials Skills:
- Associate's degree or higher in Interior Design
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, retail
design, or a related industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office,
PowerPoint, and online research tools.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and fixture-based
space planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to
prioritize and manage complex tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creative
problem-solving
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as
part of a collaborative team
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
across departments and communicate at all organizational level
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support the development of
associate designers
- Self-motivated and proactive in contributing to the company's
success
- Effective time and stress management skills in a fast-paced,
