We focus on educating Security Specialists to deliver customer value, leveraging technology, storytelling, and data to communicate clearly and effectively. We act as a bridge between Cisco's strategy and security focus areas, helping sellers articulate our differentiators to win deals.Your ImpactAs a Seller Success & Readiness Enablement Instructional Designer, you will develop and deliver training programs for sales processes, practices, and tools. You will collaborate across the organization to design and implement enablement initiatives globally. You should thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and be organized and strategic in your approach.

  • Curate, develop, and facilitate on-demand and live enablement sessions for sales tools and processes.
  • Support planning, facilitation, and evaluation of live training sessions.
  • Conduct needs analysis to design effective enablement programs, select appropriate modalities, and create assessments tailored to sales audiences.
  • Participate in Seller Success Governance to enhance the sales enablement program, including curriculum management, LMS organization, learner reporting, and feedback implementation.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop and refine course content for maximum effectiveness.Minimum Qualifications:
    • Experience in sales enablement with instructional design skills, applying adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
    • Instructional Design certification (a 4-year degree is a plus).
    • Proficiency with Articulate Rise/Storyline or similar tools; experience with Vyond, Wellsaid, and WalkMe.
    • Proven sales and training experience.
    • Ability to integrate and curate sales enablement content for new hires and ongoing training.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Business consulting and influencing skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with Salesforce.com.
