Collaboration.Responsible to ensure that product meets company
specifications, ensure that job duties that affect safety, legality
and quality standards are addressed. Perform duties and tasks
routinely, adapts techniques to meet special needs, and apply basic
skills. Ensure training is complete for all employees, new hires,
and temporary workers.Accountabilities: Learns and demonstrates
full competency in performing the job functions of the various
positions assigned. Deliver a high-quality & effective associate
training & orientation experience Partner with people managers to
coordinate training schedules Partner with people managers to
coordinate New Hire Orientation activities throughout the 3-day
onboarding experience Ensure all training materials and tools are
up to date, and ready for use Track associate skills development,
training attendance, and program outcomes Monitor the associate
application of training to job performance and discuss gaps and
solutions with people managers Ensure training is complete for all
employees, new hires, and temporary workers. Quick learner of new
technologies, and can teach others to navigate tools Collaborates
with stakeholders and builds buy-in An engaging and effective
trainer Ability to self-manage work progress, identify challenges
and propose solutions to completion Strong interpersonal and
communication skills (written and verbal) Sound decision-making and
resourceful Maintains cleanliness in the work area. Follows rules
and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
Establishes and maintains effective working
relationshipsQualifications: A high school diploma or GED is
required;Bachelor s degree is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years
experience in training associates in safety and/or job skills is
required. Proven experience in coordinating training experiences
for more than 80 employees. One year of related experience and/or
training. Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred. Experience in the
food manufacturing industry is desired.Shift:1stAspire Bakeries is
