Role Summary:The Head of Product for Funds and Managed Accounts will serve as the leader for the ETF, Mutual Funds and Managed Accounts business for Northern Trust Asset Management. This leadership role will set the strategic vision for the Funds and Managed Accounts business and partner closely with the Wealth Management and Intermediary distribution team to drive organic revenue growth for these products. The role will report to the Global Head of Product for Northern Trust Asset Management.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:The Head of Product for Funds and Managed Accounts will:

• Lead a team of experts in product strategy, research and development, product management and capital markets that currently support NTAM's ETF and Mutual Funds business.
  • Partner with the Co-Heads of US Wealth Client Group to develop a focused strategy to grow our penetration of Wealth Managers/ Intermediaries by building innovative solutions that anticipate client demand in the advisory market.
    • Partner with leadership of stakeholder functions (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to commercialize and scale existing products, serve as an advocate in the development of platform capabilities, and create impactful and differentiated content that demonstrates our value proposition to our clients in the Wealth/ Intermediary market.Necessary Education, Experience and Skills:
      • Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
      • 15+ years of work experience in the investment management industry, with experience in strategy, product development, or client-facing roles. Require extensive experience in ETFs in either product or capital markets functions.
      • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build a strong team and foster collaboration with key stakeholders across Northern Trust
      • Strong analytical and business management skills with the ability to develop strategic goals and translate into specific and measurable execution plans.
