Position:

Jitjatjo is looking for empathetic team members who enjoy helping people and are comfortable working in healthcare environments.

Patient Observers assist with patient safety, transport, and care, within designated areas in the facility and will work closely with medical staff. Successful Talent focus on comfort for patients while interacting with them to ensure they have a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen/dishwashing area.
  • Assist with various tasks and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Provide constant bedside observation of patients to prevent injury and confirm their safety.
  • Complete regular observation reports at frequent time intervals.
  • Interact and comfort patient when in their company.
  • Report and collaborate with hospital staff of safety issues and potential safety hazards.
  • Participate in transport or hand-off of patient information and details.
  • Honor all confidentiality guidelines and department policies/procedures.
  • Assist other healthcare staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Smartphone with a data plan
