Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Forging Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position involves working in a team environment to produce high-quality automotive components in a fast-paced forging department. If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or are looking to grow in a hands-on industrial role, we encourage you to apply! Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Work in a 2–3 person team to forge and trim parts used in automotive hub bearing units - Operate and adjust forge press equipment safely and efficiently - Set up and adjust dies and tooling as required - Use gauges and measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality - Complete production and quality control documentation accurately - Monitor operations and report any abnormalities to supervisors - Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements - Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards - Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications - Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred - Experience with forging, press machines, or metal work is a plus - Ability to use measuring tools and follow work instructions - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Reliable and safety-focuses Why Join Us? ?
