Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a 2nd Shift Entry Level Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift Entry Level Machine Operator Whitewater, WI Location: Whitewater, WI Pay Range: $17.75 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday to Friday) What's the Job? Load, inspect, and process parts following detailed work instructions and visual aids Ensure design features and tolerances meet manufacturing requirements through regular inspections Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment Make small offsets and tool adjustments to maintain process stability Perform basic material preparation and handling, including forklift operation What's Needed? Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and grow in manufacturing Problem-solving skills and ability to make basic decisions to uphold quality standards Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and efficiently Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals Comfortable recording data accurately in computer systems What's in it for me?
