You will stage and load our processed coils for shipment to our

ownership Position Specifics: Location: Charter Steel – Saukville:
1658 Cold Springs Road, Saukville, WI Shift: Night Shift on our
5-2-2-5 schedule (5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights
off). Our shift change is at 5 o'clock and we run a 12 hour shift.
What you'll need : A high school diploma or GED (we can help
through the GEDWorks program). Forklift experience – you know how
to handle one safely. Able to use a scanner for tracking and
inventory. Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple
calculations). Can communicate clearly with team members. A team
player who works well with others. Can follow directions and also
help guide others when needed. Good at solving simple problems on
the job. Nice to haves: Some manufacturing experience – you’ve
worked in a factory, warehouse or similar setting before. Customer
Service - you work directly with truck drivers to help load their
tucks Safety training – you know how to stay safe and follow safety
