Shipping and Receiving / Inventory Coordinator We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to work within a leading manufacturing and distribution company in Manitowoc, WI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Shipping and Receiving / Inventory Coordinator Location: Manitowoc, WI Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Shift: 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (flexible start times available) What's the Job? Manage and order inventory by working on computer systems and within various warehouse systems Unpack, receive, and organize products using carts and open boxes, with minimal heavy lifting Ensure accurate product put-away and replenishment to support customer demands Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S standards Track shipments to ensure accurate and on time deliveries Ensure quality of product is available at all times Travel between multiple customer accounts within area Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required Strong technical skills for working on computers and systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the territory and operate a company vehicle safely Detail oriented What's in it for me?
