Job Description:
Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession:
Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 9.5 hours (07:00 -
16:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year required, first-timers
accepted License: Valid state license required prior to starting
Certifications: Must obtain all required certifications prior to
start Must-Have: Candidates must maintain a sterile environment
while assisting radiologists in minimally invasive procedures.
Rotates on-call with a 30-minute callback requirement. Description:
Position in Interventional Radiology available. Shifts are days, 4
days per week. Weekend requirements include being on-call. Call
requirements include 2 call shifts per week, with the possibility
of more shifts if desired. Candidates may be required to float to
nearby affiliate hospitals based on volume and census. Only remote
prerequisites are negotiable. A maximum of 10 days of requested
time off allowed, with expectations to work at least one of three
holidays if RTO falls on those dates. Candidates must agree to
complete up to 8 hours of modules within one week of signing.
Modules are self-reported upon completion. Background checks will
be conducted as part of the hiring process.
