Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, focusing on construction litigation, while providing high-quality legal services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and filing legal documents Conduct legal research and analyze case law Represent clients in court and during legal negotiations Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information Prepare for trials, including witness preparation and evidence gathering Review and draft contracts related to construction projects Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar 3 years of experience in construction litigation Strong research and writing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Benefits Base Salary: $130K-$170K Hours Bonus at 1950 hours Medical, Vision, Dental - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
