We Are Chicago-based firm representing large engineering and
construction firms, owners, and participants in high-stakes
constuction disputes worldwide. Position Overview We are seeking a
dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, focusing
on construction litigation, while providing high-quality legal
services to our clients. Key Responsibilities - Assist in preparing
and filing legal documents - Conduct legal research and analyze
case law - Represent clients in court and during legal negotiations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies -
Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information
- Prepare for trials, including witness preparation and evidence
gathering - Review and draft contracts related to construction
projects Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law
school - Admission to the state bar - 3 years of experience in
construction litigation - Strong research and writing skills -
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment Benefits - Base Salary: $130K-$170K - Hours Bonus at
1950 hours - Medical, Vision, Dental - For this position, you must
