Base $100K-$150K up to 25% hours bonus Position Overview We are
seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our
dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing
high-quality legal services to our clients, focusing on commercial
and corporate law, construction disputes, and litigation matters.

Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and litigation of
cases in commercial, business, and construction law - Conduct legal
research and draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and
contracts - Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as
required - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case
strategies and provide legal advice to clients - Manage client
communications and maintain strong relationships with clients -
Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and
regulations - Participate in client meetings and contribute to
business development efforts Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD)
degree from an accredited law school - Admission to practice in IL
- 2 years of experience in commercial or construction litigation -
Strong understanding of commercial, business, and construction law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills - Ability
to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment -
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits - Base
Salary: $100K-$150K - 25% hours bonus - Partner track - 401k - 100%
