Growing injury law firm has immediate availability for an experienced Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant/Paralegal.

Candidates must be detail-oriented and a self-starter who is extremely responsible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a great work attitude. Our firm offers a pleasant work environment and a great opportunity to learn.

Job Type: Full-time ( Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to:
--- Prepare motions
--- Draft settlement contracts
--- Order medical records and bills
--- Contact with providers and adjusters
--- Handling communications with clients, potential clients

Qualifications:
--- US Work Authorization
--- Microsoft Office Skills
--- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
--- Legal Experience
--- Detail oriented
