Job Description:
As a Salesforce Multi-Solution Architect, you will play a
pivotal role in transforming our clients business operations by
leveraging the powerful capabilities of Salesforce CDP/DataCloud
and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Youll be at the forefront of
designing and implementing innovative and comprehensive solutions
that not only meet the current needs but also anticipate future
growth and changes for a variety of stakeholders. Your expertise
and strategic vision will guide our teams through the complexities
of these advanced platforms, ensuring seamless integration and
optimal performance. By providing technical leadership, youll
empower teams, drive excellence, and elevate the overall quality of
our project outcomes. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of
working out of an Epsilon office a minimum of two days per week.
What You’ll Achieve • Architect and design comprehensive solutions
across Salesforce CDP/DataCloud and SFMC to ensure seamless data
integration and optimal performance. • Provide extensive technical
leadership, mentoring, and guidance throughout the project
lifecycle, from concept through to execution. • Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business
goals and objectives. • Lead the analysis and documentation of
business requirements, translating them into technical
specifications. • Develop and oversee best practices for data
management, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. •
Engage with stakeholders to continuously refine and improve
solutions based on feedback and evolving needs. • Stay updated on
the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to deliver
cutting-edge solutions. • Facilitate workshops and training
sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge of Salesforce
platforms. Who You Are • What you’ll bring with you: o Bachelors
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field o Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP/DataCloud
and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). o Strong track record of
architecting and designing solutions that integrate Salesforce
CDP/DataCloud with SFMC. o Salesforce certifications in
CDP/DataCloud and SFMC. o Demonstrated ability to provide technical
leadership and guidance across all phases of the project lifecycle.
o Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical
mindset. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Why
you might stand out from other talent: o Experience in other
Salesforce clouds and solutions is a plus. o Proficiency in
industry best practices for data management and marketing
automation. o Proven ability to manage multiple projects,
deadlines, and tasks in a dynamic environment. o Experience in
delivering training sessions and workshops to technical and
non-technical audiences.
