Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator
to manage and support our IT infrastructure and ERP systems. The
ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our technology
environment, provide technical support, and oversee the
administration of our ERP system to align with business needs.
Responsibilities: IT Support: Install and configure software and
hardware (servers, printers, network equipment, etc.). Monitor
system performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure network security
and manage user access controls. Provide technical support to staff
and resolve IT-related problems. ERP Administration: Configure and
manage ERP modules to meet business requirements. Implement ERP
software updates and test system functionality. Train staff and
end-users on ERP system usage. Maintain data integrity and perform
regular data audits. Collaborate with IT staff and vendors for ERP
system integration. Prepare and maintain documentation for ERP
system procedures and operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator and ERP
Administrator. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience working
with Infor SyteLine a plus). Proficiency in network management and
IT security. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL databases and reporting
services. Familiarity with manufacturing and engineering
processes.
