They will feel equally comfortable leading project meetings and working as part of a technical team to design and build solutions.The Senior System Administrator / Projects System Engineer will have excellent technical, troubleshooting, customer service skills, and will have a "yes I can" attitude. They will be eager to learn and do more as well as share their experiences with their team mates to better the group.The ideal Senior System Administrator / Projects System Engineer will have experience working with a broad range of technologies and solutions including:

• Microsoft Server 2019 & 2016 and other Operating Systems
• Active Directory Group Policies
• Active Directory Security
• TCP-IP Networking
• Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Meraki Firewalls, VPNs and Security SolutionsIn this role you will be responsible for supporting clients as a member of our high touch team, both on client sites as well as from our office. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing and servicing our clients' networks and critical systems. You will take escalated issues from our Help Desk team as well as provide technical mentorship.
