The actual salary will depend on factors such as role scope, complexity, location, candidate skills, education, training, credentials, experience, and other employment conditions. Our comprehensive compensation package also includes performance-based cash incentives.Salary Range$101,300.00 - $167,000.00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?Under general direction and as part of the local management team, this role oversees product quality and performance for a team of Workers Compensation claim professionals. Responsibilities include guiding staff through management involvement and claim file reviews, serving as a field representative for the Home Office Workers Compensation product, and reinforcing the company's vision, strategies, and objectives. The role involves staff selection, leadership, mentoring, performance management, and development.What Will You Do?

• Attract, Retain and Develop Talent: Proactively recruit, onboard, manage performance, and develop staff. Implement retention strategies and recognize top performers.
• Provide Claim Services: Employ proper claim handling techniques to maintain brand integrity, ensure consistent service quality, and streamline processes. Develop and execute strategic file management plans and conduct quality reviews.
• Drive the Information Advantage: Leverage data and technology to identify opportunities and support business strategies.
• Achieve Optimal Solutions: Focus on resolution and process improvements to maximize cost-effectiveness and understand business drivers and trends.
• Partner for Mutual Success: Build effective relationships with colleagues, partners, customers, and regulatory agencies. Participate in meetings and visits as required. Maintain necessary insurance licenses and complete ongoing education.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Claim management experience preferred

    • High School Diploma or GED
