  • Managing various HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee relations, compensations, health and safety, payroll, and HRIS system management. -
  • Experience in managing in a union environment.
  • Conducting full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to new employee orientation, and managing onboarding activities. -
  • Administering payroll processes for both hourly and salaried staff on a weekly and semimonthly basis. -
  • Providing -ongoing employee training in areas like health and safety, performance management, and recognition. -
  • Ensuring a positive work environment by organizing employee activities and events. -
  • Administering company leave programs and managing worker's compensation claims, ensuring compliance with employment laws. -
  • Maintaining HR analytic reports and assisting -in employee training & development processes. -
  • Supporting the implementation and consistent application of human resources policies. -
  • Managing HR projects at the plant level and facilitating -timely -communication of HR memos, programs, and policies. -About You: -You'll -fit right in if you have: -
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills. -
    • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -
    • Basic knowledge/experience in Lean operating systems and ability to work flexible hours. -
    • Proficiency -in HRIS, Kronos, and payroll systems, along with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). -
    • Experience in conducting employee investigations and knowledge of employment laws and regulations. -
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision. -
    • Minimum of 3 years of related Human Resources and labor relations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. -
    • PHR/SPHR certification preferred -
