Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, team
leadership, and guest experience within a high-volume restaurant
environment. This role partners with senior management to ensure
operational excellence, strong team performance, and consistent
service standards. The position offers competitive compensation,

RESPONSIBILITIES - Support and oversee daily restaurant operations
to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. - Assist with
recruiting, hiring, and developing restaurant team members. - Lead
pre-shift meetings and promote a positive, team-oriented work
environment. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure
compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. -
Create and manage weekly staff schedules based on business needs
and labor targets. - Conduct regular line checks to ensure food
quality, recipe adherence, and order accuracy. - Monitor restaurant
performance and assist with operational improvements. - Support
both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth
service and communication. - Assist with operational reporting,
audits, and financial performance monitoring. QUALIFICATIONS - 2
years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or
upscale casual environment. - Experience working in high-volume
restaurants. - Experience managing both front-of-house (FOH) and
back-of-house (BOH) operations. - Experience working with scratch
kitchen operations preferred. - Preferred: some familiarity with
restaurant performance metrics including line checks, audits, and
financial reporting. - Strong organizational, communication, and
