Job Summary: As aKitchen Manager, you will be responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual restaurant.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer
service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Ensure that all guests are
greeted and served in a friendly and timely manner. Resolve
customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Train
and supervise staff on customer service standards and expectations.
Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling,
staffing, inventory control, and cash handling. Ensure compliance
with all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and
organized restaurant environment. Team Management: Hire, train, and
develop a high-performing team of employees. Motivate and inspire
staff to provide exceptional customer service. Address performance
issues and provide coaching and feedback. Financial Management:
Monitor sales and labor costs to ensure profitability. Develop and
implement strategies to increase sales and reduce expenses. Prepare
and analyze financial reports. Community Engagement: Participate in
community events and initiatives. Build relationships with local
businesses and organizations. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of
experience as a kitchen manager or assistant manager in a
fast-casual or casual dining environment. Strong customer service
skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead
and motivate a team. Strong organizational and time management
skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management
