Job Description Job Description Job Title: Manager Location: Richies Tavern - 191 N Wacker Dr Salary: $65,000-$70,000 Tentative Start Date: February 2026 Job Summary: Richies Tavern is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in a supervisory position with a clear pathway for growth into restaurant management.The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading front-of-house staff. This position is perfect for someone with strong serving experience and a desire to develop their leadership skills further. Key Responsibilities: Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure seamless daily operations. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. Create exceptional guest experiences, talking to customers, and creating regulars Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management. Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently. Support management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks. Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of serving/bartending experience in a full-service setting Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet. Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. Additional Positive Qualifications Experience opening a new a restaurant concept Strong interview skills and training skills Experience with R365 and Toast What We Offer: Salary up range between $65,000 and $70,000 A clear path for growth into management roles.
