Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide support
to K-12 students with diverse needs in a school setting located in
Lansing, MI. This full-time, contract position offers a caseload of
approximately 40 center-based students, ranging in age from 3 to 26
years, with significant needs. Collaboration with another full-time
on-site Occupational Therapist will be essential to deliver
comprehensive care and support. Key Responsibilities: Provide
occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs
from early childhood through young adulthood. Develop and implement
individualized intervention plans based on student assessments.
Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain
accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress
notes. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP)
meetings and contribute to goal setting. Qualifications: Active
Michigan Occupational Therapist license is required. Prior
experience working within a school setting is highly preferred.
Certification in Occupational Therapy must be current and
verifiable. Strong communication and teamwork skills to work
effectively with students, staff, and families. Location: Lansing,
MI Start Date: ASAP, through June 3, 2026 Hours: Full-time, 35
