Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a full-time Occupational Therapist to support K-12
students with diverse needs in a school setting located in Lansing,
MI. The role focuses on working collaboratively with another
full-time OT to provide quality, center-based therapy services to
approximately 40 students with significant needs, spanning ages 3
to 26. Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to
students within a school-based environment, targeting developmental
and functional goals. Collaborate closely with educational staff,
families, and team members to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation of student
progress and compliance with school and state guidelines.
Participate in ongoing assessments and adjust therapy strategies to
meet each students evolving needs. Support students' ability to
succeed in academic, social, and daily living activities through
therapeutic intervention. Qualifications: Active Occupational
Therapist license in the state of Michigan is required. Previous
experience working as an occupational therapist in a school setting
is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of
students with diverse and significant needs. Strong teamwork and
communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators and
other therapists. Location: Lansing, Michigan Schedule: Full-time,
35 hours per week Start Date: ASAP - through June 3, 2026 This
