Internal Medicine Physician to work and live in Northwest Indiana -
3 locations to choose from, between Valparaiso and South Bend.
Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice Physician or Internal
Medicine Join a busy and established outpatient practice Mon-Fri
schedule to be determined per location Call rotation but not with
hospital - just in house, hardly any calls, and by phone only - to
be discussed New Patients are 40 min and follow ups are 20 min You
will join at least 12 other providers on staff - large busy offices
