Growth Psychological Services is a well-respected and growing private practice offering neuropsychological testing services in Libertyville, IL. We are looking to thoughtfully grow our team with the addition of an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist. This role would be primarily evaluation-focused, with an opportunity to carry a therapy caseload as well. Position benefits include: W2 status with benefits (Medical and Dental Insurance, long-term disability, Professional Development Stipend, cell phone reimbursement) Malpractice insurance is maintained by GPSE Marketing and networking support, and a source of regular referrals for cases Billing and fee collection Electronic health record and telehealth system Flexible schedule – opportunity to work in-person and via telehealth Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this role include: Conduct intake assessments Administer and score a wide variety of psychological and neuropsychological tests Collaborate with outside providers Write comprehensive, integrated, and personalized evaluation reports Deliver feedback and review testing with clients Conduct ongoing individual, couples, or family therapy sessions Qualifications: A good fit for our team: Is trained and experienced in providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and wants to continually evolve and grow this skillset to continue to best serve clients Has specific experience working with neurodivergent populations Collaborates with other community professionals Is diligent in maintaining timely and accurate documentation About Company GPS believes that: Therapy services should be accessible to individuals and families – we participate in a network with several insurers Clinicians should be reimbursed for time that supports their clinical practice – we offer a professional development stipend and administrative pay Clinicians should be able to focus on practicing and growing their areas of interest – so we protect your time by fielding intakes, billing, collections, credentialing, marketing, etc. Clinicians should have the support of fellow professionals – our team meets bi-weekly for a case consultation group WHGEN2 Compensation details: 100000-140000 Yearly Salary PI8b54c93fea16-25448-39858056
