Job Description Gastroenterologist - Queens, NY - New Graduates are Welcome to Apply (Relocation Bonus: Negotiable) Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday-Saturday) Any 5-day combination based on staffing needs 8-hour workday Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established, high-volume outpatient practice in Queens, NY. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on comprehensive gastrointestinal and liver care, including advanced endoscopic procedures. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, procedure-driven, and interested in long-term growth opportunities, including ASC ownership and profit-sharing. This position offers excellent compensation, stability, and partnership potential. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders Perform endoscopic procedures, including EGD, Colonoscopy, and Capsule Endoscopy Provide high-quality outpatient GI and hepatology care Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology and hepatology Qualifications: MD or DO Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (preferred) Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong expertise in Gastroenterology and Hepatology Proficiency in Endoscopy and Capsule Endoscopy ASC Buy-In: Eligible after 2 years of full-time employment Gradual buy-in over 5 years, up to 10% ownership Pathology Lab Buy-In: Potential opportunity (currently in preparation phase) Profit Sharing Plan: Employer match typically $15,000-$30,000 annually, based on practice profitability Benefits: Medical insurance Paid time off: 3 weeks vacation - Year 1 4 weeks vacation - Year 2 onward Profit-sharing retirement plan Partnership and ownership opportunities Long-Term Growth Opportunities If interested, please send your resume to: navya.masti@protouchstaffing.com Contact: 972-632-4503
