Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Skokie, IL Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,477 to $1,671 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Certified Surgical Tech - Operating Room City/State: Skokie, Illinois Shift: 10hr day with call Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/08/2026 Job Description: The Certified Surgical Tech in the Operating Room will provide support in surgical procedures, specializing in general, hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, total joint-robotics, and SOLID spine ortho surgeries. Proficiency in Robotics- Mako, Rosa, and Cori is required. Responsibilities: Assist the surgical team during operations. Manage surgical instruments and tools. Ensure all equipment is sterilized and maintained. Requirements: 2 years of CST or Surgical Tech experience. Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital. NBSTSA certification or eligibility and BLS certification. Willing to participate in a call and weekend rotation. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
