personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and

Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois
state license in good standing Experience or strong interest in
pediatrics, including ADLs, daily routines, play, and feeding
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly; lift up to 45 lbs
Adequate vision and hearing for written and verbal communication
Comfort working in an environment with moderate noise levels Your
role as an Occupational Therapist As part of our interdisciplinary
team, you will: Design and administer treatment programs to
increase independence in ADLs, routines, play, and feeding Make
cross-referrals to other disciplines as needed Address executive
functioning, attention, and fine/gross motor coordination Create
home programs and coach families to implement them Collaborate with
doctors, teachers, and pediatric specialists for coordinated care
Maintain detailed progress notes and adjust treatment plans as
