Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Location: Milwaukee, WI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,200 to $2,350 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN – Step Down Location: WIMIL CSM Milwaukee Hospital, 2301 N. Lake Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53211 Department: Med Surg 7W Job Type: Long-Term Assignment / Traveler Shift: 19:00 – 07:30 Start Date: 03/01/2026 End Date: 05/30/2026 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Step Down RN with experience in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry Acute Care to join our team. The traveler will be placed on the unit with the greatest need based on their skills—this could be PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry Acute Care EOW / EOH availability Must be able to float within skill set or to nearby sites (within 40 miles) if needed RN credentialing accepted for both Med-Surg and Step Down units Benefits Benefits: Competitive pay Opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment Long-term assignment Additional Information: This role replaces a contractor No on-call required ASAP start not required
