SOC Registered Nurse Overview:/n/n /n/t - Competitive Compensation:
/n/n/t /n/t/t - Full-Time Employees*: $85,000 - $105,000 ( mileage)
/n/t/t - PRN Employees: Earn between $60 and $165 ( mileage) /n/t
/n/t /n/t - 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios where you focus on
delivering exceptional, personalized care /n/t - Flexible
scheduling allowing you to customize your work schedule to suit
your lifestyle/n/t /n/t/t - the SOC RN will have to work mandatory
Saturdays /n/t /n/t /n/t - Access to online training, CEU

Role and Responsibilities as a Home Health SOC Registered
Nurse:/n/n /n/t - Provide home-based care to patients recovering
from illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions /n/t - Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of
high-quality care /n/t - Examine patients, conduct assessments, and
document patient progress while effectively communicating with
other healthcare providers /n/t - Educate patients and their
families on care plans, medications, therapies, diet, and exercise
/n/t - Coach families on care strategies and home safety /n/t -
Ensure care goals are met and coordinate discharge from services /n
/n/nQualifications for an Interim HealthCare® Home Health SOC
Registered Nurse:/n/n /n/t - Graduate of an accredited Nursing
Program with an active RN license in IL /n/t - Minimum 2 years of
nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare /n/t - Current CPR
and BLS certifications /n/t - Knowledge of state and federal home
health regulations /n/t - Strong clinical judgment, excellent
communication skills, and a compassionate approach /n /n/n /nWhy
