be considered. This opportunity is for an experienced Registered
Nurse with expertise in the Operating Room to provide exceptional
perioperative care in a dynamic hospital setting. The role offers a
structured dayshift schedule with on-call responsibilities, serving
a busy surgical department that values precision and patient
safety. Location:Arlington Heights, IL, is a vibrant suburban
community known for its excellent schools, diverse dining options,
and numerous parks and recreational facilities. The area offers a
perfect balance of urban amenities and suburban comfort, making it
an attractive place to live and work. Schedule: Dayshift: 7:00 AM
to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday On-call required on a rotating
basis including weekdays, weekends, and holidays Key
Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms and assist surgical teams
during procedures Monitor patient status and ensure adherence to
sterile techniques Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
provide high-quality patient care Manage surgical instruments and
equipment efficiently Provide post-operative care and documentation
Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with
Operating Room (OR) experience Strong knowledge of surgical
procedures, sterile field maintenance, and patient safety protocols
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Excellent
communication and teamwork skills Willingness to participate in
on-call rotation, including holidays and weekends Additional

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
