Job Description:
Location : Blue Island, IL 60406 Duration: 3 to 6 months Reason
for coverage: To provide OB/Gyn outpatient services Schedule:
8:30am-5:00pm; Say until last patient is seen, premium hours paid
Shift: 8-hour Monday through Friday Call: All providers take their
own on-call coverage Patient volume: 12 to 15 patients per 4 hours
(24 to 30 patient per 8hours) Scope : Outpatient OB/GYN EMR:
NextGen Hospital: Clinic only Group/support: one medical assistant
per provider Requirements: Board Certified with active Illinois
license or active IMLC Compact license
