Job Description:
Neurology opening in Indiana Located in Elkhart, IN110m from
ChicagoFull time, permanent Job Description & Schedule -Clinic
hours are Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and a Friday 8-12 schedule. Workweek
option include either a 4 or 5 day Friday option being optimal
considering the patient load.-Providers have ample support staff.
As a partnership-based group, physicians establish their own
support staff utilizing the Clinic's HR recruiting
staff.-Specialization within the following areas are needed: sleep,
epilepsy, migraine, and movement disorders.-The practice would be
exclusively at the main clinic at 303 S. Nappanee in Elkhart where
there is a shared multispecialty space.-Onsite, we have EMG, EEG,
infusion, x-ray, labs, and other diagnostic imaging all
provided.-Patient volumes of office and procedures are dependent on
the comfort of the provider.-Currently, the call is phone call only
that is shared with the practice.-With a branch of IU in the
community, academic affiliations, research, and teaching
opportunities are possible.-The EMR is eClinicalworks until March
2024 (moving to Athena). Compensation & Benefits The incoming
physicians will join with a guaranteed salary plus
productivity.-Base: annual guarantee.-Average 1 year to partnership
(once you cover your base).-Overall earning potential: TBD.-$50,000
Sign on Bonus;-Relocation Expense Reimbursement up to $10,000.-PTO:
184 hours per year per year, 6 holidays.-$5000 with 5 days of
CME.-Paid Malpractice insurance and tail.-403(b) Retirement
Plan;-Comprehensive Benefits Package to include Health, Life,
Vision, Dental, and Disability Insurances. Area Description:
