Job Description:
RN Telemetry - Per Diem - Nights We are seeking a reliable and
compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team on a
per diem basis for night shift coverage in Joliet, IL. The ideal
candidate will be experienced in monitoring patients with cardiac
conditions, interpreting telemetry, and delivering safe, efficient,
and patient-centered care. This role is perfect for RNs looking for
flexible hours while making an impact in a high-acuity telemetry
setting. Key Responsibilities: -Provide direct and indirect nursing
care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring -Interpret and
respond to telemetry/EKG rhythms and changes in patient condition
-Administer medications, monitor IVs, and perform bedside
interventions per hospital protocols -Communicate with physicians
and interdisciplinary teams regarding patient status and care plans
-Document all care accurately and timely in the EMR -Deliver
patient and family education related to diagnosis, recovery, and
discharge -Float to other like-kind units as needed within scope of
practice -Participate in every other weekend and holiday rotation
