Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Surgical Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (06:00 - 14:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Wisconsin/compact license required Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA Must-Have: Strong experience in Orthopedic surgery. Experience in robotic surgery with Da Vinci Xi Robot. Familiarity with various specialties including General, Colorectal, Urology, OB/GYN. Description: We are seeking an experienced Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Orthopedic procedures. Experience with robotic surgery, particularly the Da Vinci Xi Robot, is essential. The facility has three Da Vinci Robots that support various specialties. These specialties include: ENT, Eye, Plastic, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Spine, Neuro, General, OB/GYN, and Urology. All staff members will be required to work in all areas without set teams for specialties. Heavy Orthopedic procedures include Total Joints, sports medicine, spine, and neuro. Call is on a rotation with two teams during the week and one team on weekends. Any requests for time off that coincide with call days will need to be covered by the employee. Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate. Epic experience is preferred. Background checks will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that latex allergies cannot be accommodated. Travel pairs are accepted.
