Red Oak Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Elm Grove, WI. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. As a Licensed Clinician, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. From clinical operations such as credentialing to business operations such as contracting, we provide organizational support that allows our providers to focus on what matters - providing care. You will have the flexibility to create your schedule and see patients in person at our office in Elm Grove, WI and via telehealth at home. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Elm Grove. Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field * Active, unrestricted, independent license that allows you to practice without supervision in Wisconsin: LPC, LMFT or LCSW * Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position * Reside within commuting distance of Elm Grove, WI Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years of professional experience providing behavioral health services post master's degree * Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families * Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other Electronic Health Record system (EHR) * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. Growing together. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
